If you’re not fully happy with your order, we offer a 5-Day Return or Replacement Policy on eligible products.


🧾 1. Eligibility for Returns

A product is eligible for return or replacement if:

  • The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and

  • The request is raised within 5 calendar days of delivery, and

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items like personal care tools, beauty products, or hygiene-related products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or wrong on arrival.


🔄 2. How to Initiate a Return

If your order qualifies for return/replacement:

  1. Email us at returns@housenvi.com or WhatsApp our support team within 5 days of delivery.

  2. Include the following details:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos/videos of the product & packaging

  3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide next steps for return pickup or replacement.


🚚 3. Return Pickup Process

  • We’ll arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partners wherever possible.

  • In remote areas where pickup is unavailable, we may ask you to self-ship the item to our warehouse; return shipping charges (up to ₹100) will be reimbursed after verification.


💳 4. Refund Process

Once the returned item passes quality check:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed to your original payment method (Razorpay, Cashfree, etc.) within 5–7 business days.

  • COD Orders: Refund will be issued via Bank Transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days of confirmation.

  • In case of replacement requests, a new item will be shipped within 2–4 business days after return pickup.


5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

  • Personal care / hygiene / cosmetic tools (unless damaged or incorrect)

  • Orders returned after 5 days of delivery

  • Products used, damaged by customer, or without original packaging


⚙️ 6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted; you may initiate a return after delivery (as per above terms).


⚠️ 7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or unboxing video (this helps us resolve faster with suppliers).

  • We’ll process a replacement or refund depending on product availability.
