Welcome to Housenvi.com — we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely anywhere in India.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to most serviceable pincodes across India through reputed logistics partners such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart, Xpressbees and others.
2. Dispatch Time

Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation or COD verification.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro cities: 3–6 business days

Other locations: 5–10 business days

Remote or special-zone pincodes may take a little longer.
You’ll receive an email / SMS with tracking details once your parcel is shipped.
4. Shipping Charges

Pre-paid orders: Free shipping on ₹799 and above(These can be changed as per current offers).

COD orders: A nominal ₹99 COD handling charge may apply.

Any promotional free-shipping offers will override the above when active.
5. Delivery Attempts
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt again or contact you for confirmation. Unverified or repeatedly refused COD orders may be auto-cancelled.
🔁 Return & Replacement Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us!
We offer 5-Day Return / Replacement on eligible products.
1. Eligibility
A product is eligible for return / replacement if:

It was damaged, defective, or incorrect when delivered, and
-
The request is raised within 5 days of delivery, and
-
The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all labels intact.
Non-returnable items: personal-care tools, hygiene or cosmetic products, clearance items, or items explicitly marked “non-returnable.”
2. How to Initiate a Return

Email returns@housenvi.com or WhatsApp our support team within 5 days of delivery.

Attach clear photos/videos showing the issue and your order ID.

Our team will review and confirm the pickup or replacement process.
3. Refund / Replacement Timeline

Replacement: Dispatched within 2–4 days after return pickup.

Refund: Processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after quality check.

COD refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI as per customer choice.

4. Reverse Pickup
Wherever available, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner.
If your pincode is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, kindly ship the item back to us; the return courier cost (up to ₹100) will be reimbursed after verification.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, standard return rules apply.
